    Just picked up our new Ram 1500, have to say Sam Webb was amazing, he took care of us and made the whole deal as easy as possible, Jennifer Hallock in the finance department was great, she took the time and answered every question we had and went through all the possible finance scenarios. When it comes time for another truck we won't go anywhere else.

    I purchased a 2017 Dodge Ram from Innisfail Chrysler and would highly recommend them for your next purchase. I had a small incident with a tire that Chrysler themselves would not take any ownership of but Steve (Service Manager) and Alyssa in service were great. The dealership actually replaced the tire at their own expense even though they weren't responsible to. I have found all the staff from sales, parts and service very friendly and great to deal with. They truly do believe in customer service and satisfaction is important to them. Thanks for the great experience Bill and staff.

    I made an on line inquiry about a vehicle. Paula was incredibly responsive and accommodating. I had never bought anything but a Ford in my entire life. I have not been overly impressed with local Ford dealerships. This dealership basically made it make no sense to stick with a Ford.
